Returns Policy

You may return new or like-new putters within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs from the lower 48 states for any reason. Note please do not neglect or modify the putter in any way or you will not be allowed to return it.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Your refund only covers the cost of the putter and will not include any express shipping options you may have selected during checkout.

US Shipping

We offer free US shipping to the 48 contiguous states on all orders over $75. For orders under $75 to those states, it's just $9.99 shipping.

Shipping takes from 1-5 working days. We have distribution centers in both Nevada and North Carolina, so generally shipping is much quicker, but we can't always guarantee our inventory is available in both warehouses.

Need it quicker? We also offer express shipping options, including Express Saver (3 days), 2 Day, and Overnight. Remember, these are all working day services, and the timer doesn't count until the next working day after dispatch.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern Time that same day. We also offer international shipping.

For clubs that we build to order, allow an extra few working days to allow the epoxy to properly cure. We will ship on your selected delivery service once the clubs are ready.
